Oh god... I'm adopted and I'm writing a letter I might send to my birth mother. My adoptive father passed away, and I live with my adoptive mother. My birth father sought me out, we met, and when the courts sent me his contact info they inadvertently revealed my birth mother's last name. I know her first and feel like she should know. If I make a mistake in this I'll have at least 3 people coming around to tell me about it. Including steps, one could potentially have 8 parents.

Had an interview with a co' last week, told them I wasn't interested but would be taking an exec role over their advertised function, i.e. blatantly, the job of the CTO interviewing me.

Today I got my "performance review" upon which my bonus is based. You can get A,B,C . D means you are fired. They told me I have in three areas 1 A, 1 B and 1C. All in all I should get B. Later on they explained to me , although I am in reality B , they are not allowed to give me higher than C for the first year of employment with the company. If I continue to significantly contribute to the overall success of deparmtent like I did in the last 365 days , next year I can get B. Hahahahaha...
