Hiya Dan... interesting comparisons. Yr preference is v. much the modern 1 - passive release of the clubhead thru a turning of the body. Altho the merits r clear -& well explained- perhaps it is simply that the handsy release is more natural 2 Aaron & he prefers it - even tho in theory it seems less consistent. Interesting vid; shame u didn't compare the S&T driver swing with his others - as u said urself: driver & iron swings have different strike patterns, so odd to compare driver vs iron...

Dan - I like your analysis. though a little silly when you use 1pre-st and 1after st. Clearly his new swing is different from the pre-st swing.
Also- comparing swings with a wood an with an iron is not all that helpfull.

There is not that much difference from stack and tilt from conventional. Infact, they are the same believe it or not. When people write about stack and tilt or talk about it, they misrepresent the facts greatly. Truth is, Stack and conventional are the same. The only difference in stack is that it is more compact. The basics and fundamentals are all the same. The stack and tilt phenomenon conceived out of marketing tactics. 2 guys put there name on a phantom swing. Thats all. Its the same.

@enjoytheride1000 Whats good and bad is obviously subjective based on what school of golf swing you follow. Check out DanW's "The Pivot by DFW1500" and Impact and Leverage by DFW1500 videso for DanW's way of teaching the swing.
