People have not been paid in months and even years in some cases. TOURISTS are the OBVIOUS MARK and are ROBBED and RAPED daily with police turning a blind eye and then DEMANDING BRIBES to do their job. NO CLEAN water or electricity, NO clean hospitals, NO medicine SCARY!!
