...his natural playing style is a better match to this Haydnesque Beeth. than it is to Chopin...yet I would have liked it more "juiced"...more Beethovenian "drama" and "wit" sparking out of things...

His playing makes my heart go pitter-patter... dang! His technique is so good and the dynamics are so appropriate! Bah! I'm jealous of his playing and in love with it at the same time! Mixed feelings here!

this is so discouraging. I've been working really hard on this piece for quite some time. and it doesnt merely sound as beautiful as this does. im supposed to perform it soon. it will be a joke if they heard this first.

Very nice playing. But this is obviously a music video, finger-syncing to a studio recording, and not a live performance. Very disappointing that this is done and becoming so widespread.

Sorry, you are wrong. This was recorded in this room at this time. But Rafal played the piece three times; for video editing one whole audio take was choosed and the video takes were edited to the audio. So you have some video shots which are really live, and some are not, because they refer to the other takes.
