@flexibartrampolin Influences are different than "thievery" just listen to early Dylan and tell me that he wasn't the spitting image of Guthrie and wasn't lifting songs from Leadbelly and Pete Seger and all the other artists before him. It's the way music works, you start as an echo as you develop your own distinct voice. I hear so many artists in her stuff and to be honest there is just as much Gordon Lightfoot and Niel Diamond as there is Dylan and Safka.
