looking at what is happening, you had to admire the vision of Lawrence S. Ting , the Taiwanese former solider and businessman who led Taiwanese business communities with Chen Ching Chih one of the partners to finance the Phu My Hung, Tan Thuan projects.
Unfortunately, the it was sad ending for Lawrence.
But whatever had happened, Lawrence S.Ting deserved to be honored by Vietnamese for what the outstanding achievement he has done.
