Actually, Sedyikh was the most studied as a current thrower coming into his prime. But, it was thought that Bondarchuk was the guy with the technical "secrets". And, you can see in this video that he REALLY emphasizes blocking his left foot as does not let it turn forward toward the field at release. 2 years ago 6

His stance is so much wider than that of most throwers; his feet so much farther apart. And his technique at release is also so characteristically his own and does not resemble other throwers. Have any of you successfully imitated Bondarchuk in any definable way? I'm curious.
