I'm pretty sure that the Supreme Court will declare this bill unconstitutional but still. If this bill does get passed, like half of the Internet will die, and that means half of our resources and references will die. I actually blame pirates. If they would just stop downloading things illegally, maybe Congress would never have thought to pass a bill like this.
