@centerrightpunk (part 3) of course there is the argument that if every band on the planet supported the indie labels right now then we would stop major music corruption right away, but that is never going to happen ever (it's a fact that it's impossible) because it's such a big risk that most musicians would never make that decision because they know for a fact that other bands wouldn't make the same decision and they would be left with hardly anybody ever hearing their music
-
@centerrightpunk (part 2) on the other hand, if you use the big labels then you can put the message across the whole world how corporate society is blinding and robbing us all (John Lennon style!!). then we could start changing the world forever quickly (as well as just the music world!), which would be less of a loss then all the corruption and evil put into life by the major corporations whilst you supported indie labels that would probably never change the world
-
@centerrightpunk you'll be surprised by this but you're actually causing more corruption using your method instead of mine. if you use the small labels then yeah you're not feeding money to the fat cats but it's going to take hundreds of years to eventually stop them (if ever) because it's not going to stop the fact that a lot of bands will always use the major labels because they want their music to be heard (and there's nothing wrong with that) -this is just part 1, the next part is important

@DGENERATE07 LOL. yea, and somehow just ignore all the corruption the labels do in their process of endless profit-chasing.
-
@centerrightpunk wrong. use the labels to tell everyone whats wrong and make a bigger change

knowing anything about gun club, you'd know their initial mission was to set out to be the druggiest , most loaded band. Then a career developed, Fire of Love came before Jeff lee ditched the dope for just the drink and working out.
One of the most underrated band of all time. I love them!
