Public Input/Ad combination.
After listening to a 60-second advertisement put out by the non-profit group, Americans For Balanced Energy Choices, I was discouraged. Here's a group that receives the majority of its funding from corporate interests and puts out a strident advocation for coal development-- and yet they tag a non-partisan label and make it look like a public interest group.
Obviously some public input needs insertion. And so the majority of 4:30 is public discourse...
