根據《英國運動醫學期刊》研究指出,連續從事20分鐘以上不間斷、且會讓自己稍微喘氣的家務打掃工作,有助於緩解焦慮、壓力和憂鬱。而其他活躍身心的體能活動也有同樣效果­,且愈是激烈、頻繁的運動愈有效。

兒童界的巨星、轉型為性感健康的米可白,於第四階段樂動小將養成計劃成果發表記者會中,化身為可愛家政婦示範打掃健康操!平常就會利用跑步機、踏腳踏車來維持體態與體能的­她,表示剛轉型時真的壓力很大,但緊繃的情緒總能在運動過後舒緩許多,為了在今年推出首張個人專輯,她會持續保持運動,讓自己有足夠的專注力和精神來工作!
