Yeah. I should thank the one who have
done researching & preparing hat program
offered by the site:
JumpHigher.info
I used there workout for 4weeks now,I was
able to dunk two handed! The program
works and I cant wait to continue with it
to the next few weeks.

wouldn't it suck if you're vertical leap was only improved by 3 inches?

Due i wish i could train with you but the problem is that i dont live near Illinois, i live in oregon but i would pay you if i did live there
-
@spikeserbia about training.... you should slowly start squats with a little weight and go further and further as you age and strengthen
finally start plyometrics for a good explosion!
-
@spikeserbia you re far from average my friend! im 16 and after much work i can grab the rim
you must be either tall or blessed genetically
keep it up!
-
@YaCantJudgeMe soo true
im 16 and have an exact 30,2 inches vert (i thought i had a bit more but it was an illusion created by me flexing a bit the knees for momentum)
when i started i had 17 inches at most!
i pumped up my vert with plyos, squats, loosing weight and puberty some 9 inches
then nothing for 6 months
so i started serious squats and harder exercises for 3 months and gained like 3 and a half inches in 4 months
every time it is harder!!!!!
-
lol. 3 inches is a lot. oh well, it isnt if your vert is about 20' but improving ur vert from 37-40 is a lot. the higher ur vert, the harder and longer it takes to increase it.

@mattchuw91 Some people are three inches away from their first dunk D: (i'm about 5 :@)
yo i would do it but i aint got da money

If you want to train here you can pay for individual session our prices are as low as $20 $15. Also we have a Fall special going on called "GOT HOPS?". We Do jump classes and then basketball scrimmages. It only $20.

Yea, but your vertical improvement ranges on how hard you work.
