forgot to mention now i only have five triggers left

I had 13 triggers all under 8 seconds and when i went upload the vb it says ines was 2.87mb and asked me to make it 2.0 mb. So I kept deleting and the 2.87 mb never got smaller now i'm down to 13 mb.....what am I doing wrong ???
