@polishkilla94 The rumor that kava is bad for your liver is quite outdated by now. Even Germany who first enforced the Kava ban in Europe has lifted it, and together with them most of Europe.
There's a reason why the pacific islanders never suffered allot from liver failures, and that includes Tonga and Vanuatu where Kava is drunk quite often. The reason is we here in the west made pills from leaves and whole plant, not only roots. This they knew since thousand of years.

@XxMauiboixX depending on the strain, yes. I've had some Vanuatu Kava that felt exactly like the good ole marry jane high, in fact, I went through two shells and fell asleep drinking the third ;)

kava is ok but its bad for your liver, mulungu is a great replacement it feels very similar and its like $5 an oz on eBay its a good deal
