heston Blumenthal's Chocolate Mousse

Forget all you know and watch Heston combine Water and Chocolate to create a stable mousse. It was invented by a French chemist named Dr. Herve This. The recipe is 270 ml. water to 350 grams chocolate. Be sure to use a high quality chocolate.

Yes! But also, use really cold ice water, or just the way I did: Snow.

haha i kept whipping and whipping it didn't come tgt also! but after about like 10-15mins of vigorous whipping it did form a mousse consistency! maybe we should use a hand held electric whisk to make the job easier?=)

Mine didn't work out. But that being said it may have been my own fault. I am not sure that I used enough chocolate for it to thicken up correctly. I'll try it again some other time.
