Astrofaes - The Last Dawn

More Arboreal, Natural, Pagan Black Metal from this defunct Ukrainian band headed by Thurios & Roman Saenko of Hate Forest & Drudkh! This song is off the album "Ancestors' Shadows" which many Astrofaes listeners have vaunted as their favorite.

*Correction: According to RuidoAnticapitalista, they're no longer defunct (or maybe never were?). I was under the impression by Supernal music that "Idea. Form. Essence . . . " was the final album from Astrofaes, but have henceforth released "Shu Nun" a two track EP. Also, Roman was never in the band, something I'm surprised I didn't know. Nonetheless, now you know the rest of the story .. (sorry Paul Harvey)

Actually, Astrofaes is not defunct, and Roman was never in this band.Amorth, who was also drummer for Drudkh, plays drums in this band.

Yes, it seems you are correct on both comments, although they must've reestablished themselves, as "Idea. Form. Essence . . . " was supposed to be the final album. Apparently, they released an EP in January of this year entitled "Shu Nun", of which I had no clue had been released. This has piqued my interest and I will forthwith be searching for an outlet to purchase this album.

As far as Roman is concerned, I'm not sure why I thought he was in this band, simple mistake on my part. Thanks!
