Played at his funeral, yeah I understand that. I feel the same way.....I just want to ride my motorcycle! Rode it today, not while playing the guitar, tho

Thanks for posting this....I cant find my cd with this version on it - so for the first time in 20 years I would not have been able to listen to this song on Thanksgiving morning while making the feast. I am thankful for jguth3 for posting this! And of course I am thankful for Arlo and his music. and I'm thankful for my shovelhead!

I've loved Arlo Guthrie since I was a kid..saw him when he came to the University of Missouri-Columbia in the early 80's while I was attending there. He's the best storyteller ever, and I love all his music.

What a wonderful story..I love Arlo..and Woody too...I saw him back in my college days in the very early 80's. He's the best storyteller ever, and sounds like a great guy too that he came through for you and your husband....sorry for you loss. I'm sure this brings back memories!
