Funtana X 100 Knife Edge Take-off

I still can't believe Hanger 9 discontinued this airplane, what are they thinking? This Funtana is powered by the Evolution 26GX. Mike McConville, tell us you have a replacement for this outstanding plane. I watched an electric Funtana X 100 fly at the 2008 NEAT Fair, it was awesome.

I am building the new Funtana 125 today with a Syssa SAP 180, 30cc engine.

Right now I'm building this plane with an 26cc MVVS gas-engine.

Did not know that they do not build it any longer.

In Germany you can still get it, I bought mine in Dezember

Upset me that they discot'd it too. If you look, the 50 size went up to $259. The 100 size would be over $300 and you can get a much larger airplane for less money. They couldn't be competitive with it anymore, and the showtime 90 is discot'd too! What a shame..

I think it was discontinued because the landing gear was weak sauce!
