Looks really good. So the main differences with RDL are you move more from the hips than the knee and don't go down as far? And SLDL the knees would be fixed completely? thanks for posting

I believe your second lift was a dimell or 1/2 deadlift, not really a romanian

On the Romanian i suggest you better lower the bar a bit more, probably somewhere un the midway between knees and ground. That way it puts a bit more emphasis on hams and ofcourse makes the excercise more challenging.
Other than that, you performed the Romanian deads EXACTLY as the have to be performed. Many people keep their knees almost straight and then claim they do Romanian Deadlifts, while what they're really doing is a mix btn romanian and stiff legged deads.

hey thanks for showing me the difference in a deadlift vs. romanian one you touch the ground and the other you go a lil past the knees, is that correct?
