@xlibman methinks you don't know what cyberbullying means.

First, only a handful of states have legislated against cyberbullying. Second, 'cyberbullying' as defined in that legislation is a strict definition, and doesn't mean just 'trash-talking.' It has to involve actual threats/intimidation/coercion. I can call you a melon-fucker all I want.
