@Reminii cheppama cheppama cheppisi means "say it say it" or "tell him tell him" in this context, and "tappama tappama agama" means "you shouldn't do it" or "don't do it, don't do it wait" in this context. So one part of her is telling her she should show her feelings to him, and part of her says don't due to shyness. Actually this scene is just after he left her house showing he has feelings for her so he is hallucinating while he is driving away that she is reciprocating.
