This is an edited video I took of the crazy lightning storm that tore up Central Park a couple of days ago. The view is from our window. Unfortunately I only remembered to take the video camera out 20 min after the storm started and missed some of the most amazing strikes, but this video is still pretty awesome. I've set it to appropriate music...

at 0:41 I sware the fork lightning cloud-to-ground lightning look like it hit the left tall building, wow was his the quick mover storm 8/18/2009 one

Very nice footage but weather enthusiasts don't want the music.

I was in Citi Field when this storm hit. All hell broke loose. THe rain was going sideways and the lightning hit the scoreboard. It happen as the game ended. The made the crowd stay in the concourses because there was si much lightning,scared the piss out of me.
