Michael mentioned two things, ease the restrictive laws to build churches and make changes to the conversions of young girls to islam. How is that infringes on Muslim rights? Muslims can build mosques at well. There is no possibility of converting young muslim girls to christianity. There is no contradiction.
P.S. copts are not one of the oldest religion, we are christians idiot.
