EVE, a multimedia CD-ROM featuring the music of Peter Gabriel and the art of renowned artists Helen Chadwick, Yayoi Kusama, Cathy de Monchaux, and Nils-Udo was originally proposed in December of 1993. Work on the CD-ROM began in the spring of 1994 as a collaboration of Real World Multimedia of Box, England and the Starwave Corporation of Seattle, USA.

There has never been a game like this before or since. Today most games seem to be all about horror and killing and I really wish that this game could be re-released for current operating systems. The mixture of art, music, environmental warnings was really unique.

i used to play this when i was smaller than a guitar. I grew up with peter gabriel and he is my utter idol. i still have the game, but sadly i don't have a windows 98 to play it on. this is a very very beautiful game

Has anyone tried installing this game on Windows 7? I have a copy but I'm guessing it probably wouldn't work... just wondering.

@spaceboy537 It does work in Windows 7. The only problem is that the screen shows up quite small and you will have to install the older version of Quicktime if you want to play the in-game videos.
