@fidavok1979 rotary hoes like this are usually used when the soil becomes hard and crusted over after planting. going over the field like this breaks up the crusted soil allowing the crop to emerge.

I beleive the rotary hoe is mostly used to control weeds ( white root stage) that emerge few weeks after planting, correct me if I am wrong; I saw on the video just the tractor running across the field as if no attention is given to any emerging crop, and the tractor wheels that may be a source of disturbance (run over the row crop). Is there any specific adjustment you do to the totary hoe to spare the emerging crop? can you please elaborate on that? thanks
