This shelter is found on the Curimataú River, Brazil, where the weather is warm, wet and with abundant ventilation. There, it must be stabilized on the east-west axis, protecting its interior of the strong west insolation. On the east facade are installed mobile brises to regulate the ventilation. The shelter is made of wood, structured as a truss. Its roof serves as solarium, a place to fish or a springboard.

The shelter need floats. I didn't details on this model to not exceed the maximum height allowed ... any way according to the rules for this competition the shelter don't need to be executable ... Thank you for your comment.

i don't think it's feasible...if it is over water it need to float or it need pier foundation piles,i didn't see neither of both solutions in your sketch
