Mode De La Fvnk is a Dj/Producers group consisting of Mavdio a.k.a. Dj Moska and Richie La Fvnk.
Born in Curacao, the brothers love music from their cradle. During their childhood they played drums, base guitars and piano in their parents gospel group. Soon after they discovered their passion for DJ-ing using two radio-cassette players simultaneously. After secondary school Mavdio and Richie moved to the Netherlands to study. In 2006, Mavdio and his brother teamed up with longtime friend Andy Sherman (Shermanology) to form Mode de la Fvnk. After a year the group broke up and every one went their seperate ways. Mavdio kept Dj-ing while Richie started La Fvnk records. In February 2009 Mavdio's track "Skinny like a model" gained support of many fellow Dj's and even reached the Dance Tunes front page.
Half a year later "Solid love" which features a Leo Moreno remix and David Goncalves was voted number 1 at the Rooms of Redbull event in the summer of 2009. The brothers released many tracks in the following years. In 2011, Mode De La Fvnk is totally Back!!!! "Fast life" is the first commercial track accompanied by the brothers first music-video.
