  • Hey man- It's just an interpretation of Ted Reed's Syncopation, Exercise one. Imagine 8th note triplets under all of the 8th's, using the hits as accents. Next, try doubling them and using triplet rolls like I did in the vid. I'm pretty sure, I sent that ride to Mike originally and installed the rivets! Nice pie, but I can't buy it back!

  • Nice! Very similar to an exercise I like to do with the same book except I play all the long notes with the bass drum and cymbals at the same time.
