Smart phones can scan bar codes now on the android. I guess they could just add text to speech so it could give info needed to the customer that requested it.

At about 1:57, did I hear the ID mate saying "Artist, U2"? I wonder which U2 album that was? The woman in that shot looks like someone I know.
