FEAR 2: Project Origin PC Gameplay, Max. Settings, ATI 4850

The FEAR sequel lives up to its name, although it tries to be shock/survival/mutilation horror and action shooter at the same time which is detrimental to the atmosphere imho. Tiny bit too cram-packed with genres. Not saying its not enjoyable though, it is - especially with maxed settings. Shame about the grain and black bars mess-up though. The HUD is a mess as well. Sound is nothing spectacular but helps creating tension, especially when you can hear but not see the enemies. I'd recommend playing in Hard Mode, although the KI is good, the slowmo ability is overpowered. So, 7.5/10 points.

The black bars problem has been patched and the game can be played in fullscreen mode now.
