As an elite gymnast I can honestly say thy every gymnast has an injury like that at least once in their career it has happens to me a lot and it usually only hurts your groin which is inside your thigh this happens to me a lot in competitions and it's embarrassing did I mansion I'm a 11 year old elite gymnast?

@GymMonkeyy18 I'm not a gymnast, but I can relate. The pain from mine came from falling from a set of monkey bars when I was about 7-8 years old. I was going across them, skipping every other bar, and at the end, my leg slipped. That area got hit, and I fell about about 4-5 feet to the ground. It was PAINFUL!
