Not bad but there's a few mistakes you and the timing is off at times. If you ironed out these minor issues this would be sweet!

Not audacity, but Cubase SX3.
But audacity is a great freeware tool!

All you can hear is an Ovation CC247, which is an standard 6 string guitar.
