THE EPITOME OF CUBA

INGREDIENTS:
15ml freshly squeezed lime juice
2 spoons of brown sugar
50ml Havana Club Especial (available from most supermarkets)
1 egg white
15ml Mozart Dark Chocolate Liqueur

METHOD:
Mix the lime juice, brown sugar, Havana Club Especial and egg white in to a cocktail shaker and shake with ice. Pour the drink from the shaker in to glass coated on the inside with the Mozart Dark Chocolate Liqueur. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and serve.
