Robotech TSC: In My Heart

Sorry about the video quality. To save on space i had to encode as a low BPS. The video is 100 times better on the dvd itself. Also sorry about the seemingly "laggy" animation. Again, i had to encode a low BPS rate but the video on the dvd is a lot smoother.

My first AMV from robotech: THe shadow chronicles.
The song is "In My Heart" from the Robotech soundtrack.
I wanted this video as a tribute to the underlying love story present in Robotech TSC. Both MarcusxMaia and ScottxAriel.

The first part is about Marcus. How the ppl he held dear to him kept dying in war, leaving him all alone. He tries to seek the company of Maia Sterling. By the end, his love for Maia allows his true courage to shine through.
The 2nd is about Scott and Ariel. A love crossing boundries of species. Such love shows that human and invid CAN live in harmony.
I felt the lyrics fit kinda well.

Nice mix of the old and the new. I believe the music is Three Dog Night and from the soundtrack of the first Robotech movie that Golan/Globus destroyed.

@Xamtaro The movie was bad only because Golan/Globus kept sticking their nose into the production. Macek actually had to have Tatsunoko create new animation to make Globus happy. Oh yea, let's not forget them pushing it for a G rating when it should have been PG-13, thus making a LOT of parents very angry.

@northerncrisp G rating?? It had at least 2 scenes of nudity and even a love making scene. Call that G??? lol. I heard from forums that the original concept was supposed to be a straight up dub of Megazone 23 except that the main charcter is Rick Hunter's cousin or something.

I love this song, sappy as it maybe, Three Dog Night did a great job and it fits right into the new Robotech movie quite well! Kudos, Xamtaro!
