...great marinade, but omit the water! Trust me on this one! Omit the water, and add the zest of the lemon and orange, then try it again and you'll find the flavours are more intense and a nicer finish on the meat!

@steveboomhour i agree totally ... water isnt your friend here ... oils dont dissolve in water ... but they do mix with other oils , since what you are working with here is all oils ...water would at best emulsify and more likely split out and enter the meat keeping the flavour oils out ... good point

I didn't have any oranges or orange juice, but I made this without the water and it was awesome! Thank you so much Chef!

Love this marinade! Just watched the fajaita video and cant wait to try sautee the meat and veggies with some marinade! Also, would it be ok to marinade overnite?
