Its like they never changed the routine from the old punch out.. if you played that then you should have no problem beating them ..

they're all remixes of the Punch-Out!! theme, sometimes i'll use actual songs from the game though, the song in this video is just a fan made remix though.

Where do you fight Donkey Kong? In Story or Title Defense Mode, and What division is he in?

neither, after you beat title defense you unlock last stand (you fight random fighters until you lose three times) DK will show up in last stand, you don't even have to beat him for him to show up in exhibition mode, but make sure you don't lose three times until you've fought DK.
