This captures indian parents biast views towards girls very well. Indian parents let boys do basicly what they want but have so many restrictions on girls. And I am a boy born into a indian household saying this.

@desi2355 no where in our video did we mention that we belong to a bad culture. we were simply addressing an issue that still exists in SOME HOUSEHOLDS, not all of them! sad thing is that you weren't able to realize the message we are trying to put out. And as for your "if you guys cant adopt then stay the fuck out of it" I think if YOU cant bear to see the reality of things, then STAY THE F*** OUT IF IT!! :)

I think that this video was brilliant, all you haters need to open your eyes, this kind of stuff does still happen, yes, even in Sikh families. I am also a Sikh but I am not going to deny the fact that this does not happen!! Well done for this video, and just ignore all the bad comments. I think u should make more videos like these

@jaspreet345 First: we were told to make this for our punjabi class project, hence it is in punjabi. We aren't saying that it only happens in sikh households, but many others as well. Second: I don't get why you're getting all offended by this, open your eyes!!!! It does happen in SOME households. Third: We haven't and don't intend to say anything bad about the sikh culture. It's quite sad that you're being ignorant about the whole issue.

@noorjosan93 this was the dumbest video ive ever seen, even if its for your class or whatever you dont know what the hell youre talking about, and if its for your class why the eff did you put it on youtube, dumbass

@kparm23 clearly you don't know what you're talking about. This is to raise awareness and if you think that's a bad idea then there's seriously something wrong with what you think is a good idea and what isn't.

is this the reality of wot goes on inside an Indian household of sikh extraction?
privatezib 1 month ago
@privatezib not all households, however, there are some people who still have that old mentality. The main purpose of this is to keep the girl safe. But some people have taken this to extreme, creating differences in both their son(s) and daughter(s). Not only does this happen in sikh households, but in many others as well and I stress that. There are sikh households in which the differences do not exist.
