Not that I dont support direct action but isnt the action of causing financial damage hurting someone. Not physically but that has to be a mental strain and very stressful in addition to hurting the peoples pocket books. Done for a good reason or not it seems that the action of burning down a building is gonna hurt someone in some way and that should not be overlooked
