It isnt a Glitch Dumb ass........ it says in the Manuel this exact thing For the Ps3 game BTW:
Simply by clicking the Square button you can Anchor with a Rope...But be aware that it can only go a certain Limit, Also you can do some fun tricks on it like swinging!
Im reading it out of the manuel if u want to read it find it Loser
