Billy is showing people there is life after shopping and performs credit card exorcisms. He joins us to give some advice on how to kick the shopping habit.

if government legalized marijuana people will start smoking and all of the sudden find themselves free of that constant need to fill the empty void in their lives with incessant consumerism, one man upmanship, and gadgetry worship. people will simply stop giving a fuck about all that rat race nonsense. everybody will just sit back and relax, taking it easy. but that will mean the reduced production and consumption, which means less money for the rich bastards, that's why they won't legalize pot.

He is trolling to get his message out. Its the easiest way of getting your self out there. Also being funny is the most common way to get people to agree with you. Thats why Elpresador is such a beast because he speaks the truth and uses irony.
