  • That is one of the best videos I have ever seen. Being a Slew fan I remember I was reading CNN online and the headlines were that Slew was dead. Died on the very day he won the Derby. My hero.

    Thanks for the wonderful video

  • I never got a chance to see the comment you left about my Seattle Slew video. Thank you. It means a lot to me that a true racing fan was touched by it.

  • @CraftyTequila How did he die???

  • Seattle Slew was by far my favorite race horse of all time, and the most beautiful horse I've ever seen.

  • @CraftyTequila

I just started becoming a racing fan then, watching the derby and finding out about slew's death. Also finding out about secretariat, affirmed, citation and other great horses.

  • A girl at my barn boards a horse that is Slews great grand daughter! SHe is super fast! She can beat every horse at the stable. Love you Paisley!!! LOVE YOU SEATTLE SLEW!

  • Is there a movie dedicated to Slew? If not, they need to make one. Top 5 greatest horses of all-time!

  • @anebt That I can agree on. Every horse has it's flaw or downfall. Slew's must of been his "big head." I have a feeling he probably intimidated the other horses though.

  • God truly blessed this magnificent horse. Not only with a prosperous racing career, but a long life as well. RIP Slew.

  • I own his grandson Majestic Design.

He raced as a two and three year old and won 25,000 he did pretty good. He is not retired as a dressage horse:)

He is in training for 1 level,he just turned 5.He is doing amazing.

Look at my channel for videos:)

  • this is so sad it like you fwish you could go back and help see him

  • @XStolenLegacyX

you lucky thing! i'd have done ANYTHING to see him!!!
