  • Try alabaster china doll by Napoleon Perdis as a base.. A stronger hold

  • @DeanMUA1 I love gel cream liners and use then all the time. The only problem is that they are designed to set dry so pallette eyeshadows wont grip as well. Unless you work really quickly to apply your shadow before the gel base sets. Not quite practical with this look however. I find that loose pigment tends to grip pretty well on top of gel cream base but for me nothing beats a cream or grease base for opaque eyeshadow coverage.. and trust me if you pack it on well it wont budge!
