Lapsliding on a Daniel Brauchli weissenborn style guitar

Thought I'd enjoy the last sunrays of the day and play some slide in my veranda, accompanied by some birds in the garden, bamboo chimes, a ringing phone and "Snowy", who clearly demonstrates what she thinks of my playing...
I'm playing my "Daniel Brauchli" weissenborn style guitar; made of Tasmanian blackwood and cedar top.
Tuning DADF#AD
Do you hear the slide scratching over the strings : it means the guitar is breathing.
The music you hear is my take at some David Lindley stuff based on the intro of his song called 'Rag Bag' as played on his cd "David Lindley + Hani Nasser Live in Tokyo - Playing Really Good"

Nice. This borders on North Indian Classical music. Check out  V.M. Bhatt. Studying Hindustani music has helped my playing more than anything I've ever done.

An improv on raga Bhairav is on my "things to do" list.

It's magical. It feels like it takes me to some far east asian country like India.

Do you know any Blues that incorporate picking and the slide? I have always loved the old classic blues with the low, sad tones.
