  • Her intention is clear: in this video she shows the correct training mode and her biceps .... but not her strenght. 

  • Training the bicep in a frontal plane is a great idea. Most who don't know better only work the bicep in a vertical or nearly vertical axis from the ground up. Varied planes and and ranges of movement create functional movement and balanced strength.

  • This exercise is silly! There can be only one reason for it, and that's to flaunt one's arms while using working out as a cover.  That said ... she DOES look really good, I gotta admit. :)
