Hey so I like totally suck at flip turns. I mean i can do them it's just that they kinda slow me down more, how can I improve it. Like just tell me all you swimmers how you do it :)

If I were Jaws, and saw THAT swimming towards me, I would piss myself.

a lot of coaches teach that you should roll so you are completely gliding on vertically your side, saying that you move faster through water when you are on your side than laying flat. well, either they are wrong or phelps is not swimming right, and i'm sure he's right :-) so maybe you should just roll a little but stay more flat than on side...

he is awesome BUT has a slight limp in his stroke - on the right, Matt biondi did that too, its cool - but not 100% symetrical - only Popov is 100%
no judgment here... the top 50 swimmers in world rankings are all superheros.
...and for men you need to be 6ft 4" as a minimum, its just not possible to achieve greatness unless your at least 6ft 4" and with Thorpe feet size 14+
