Lebron James Chooses Miami Heat

NBA Superstar Lebron James decides to go the the Miami Heat to start the 2010-2011 NBA Season. Lebron James chose Miami over Chicago, New York, and the Cleveland Cavilers where he spent his first seven seasons. Lebron joins Dwayne Wade and Chris Bosh for what will clearly be an exciting franchise for years to come.

So tell me what you think. Will The Heat become instant contenders? how many championships do you think Lebron, Wade, Bosh and Riley will win in the next five years? Can they beat the Lakers? Does this move ruin Lebron's "legacy"? What about the players willingness to take less money to pursue a championship?

What alot of ppl don't understand is that Lebron has to do what Lebron has to do. Cleveland or anyone else can't pay this man. He's not selfish at all he just wants to win, had he stayed in Cleveland it would have been the same old shit. Im sure Dan Gilbert knew this man's contract was going to expire a couple years ago, he coupld have up the pay and brought a couple ppl in and don't say shaq cause this nigga about 90. At the end of the day its what Lebron wants to do, its his future not theirs.

ya's just don't get it. Lebron gave a name for the cavaliers and he was like their golden ticket. Now that he is gone on to better things, people want to get mad and chastise him. He's a grown man and he is not entitled to nobody but himself and his family. The ones that are burning shirts ,censuring him, hoping he lose are just mad because he left ya's favorite team. @Jojoleesmity When you talk about fundamental basketball it's understandable why you would still think lebron can't stop kobe. but here's the thing with fundamentals, they are predictable over time. so yes i think lebron WILL stop kobe in time because lebron will know what to expect. when jordan stopped driving he went to his jumper and it paid off. KOBE is doing the samething. he puts in his occaisonal drives to the baseline. but have you ever seen a punch buggy get hit by a freight train?

@Entysin they are only a superteam if they can play cohesively. lets not forget the super lakers that got swept in 04 by an unknown pistons TEAM. remember 4 hall of famers (the mailman, the glove, shaq and kobe)....plus i think gasol is a good enough defender to take bosh, my question is can lebron stop kobe, bc kobe is a better player right now than james
