Great times again at the Dungeon.
Started off with the deads, then moved on to the squat session.
Finished it off with a circuit of:
225 Squats x 5
Ladder Work
Jump Rope
SledgeHammer Strikes
Prowler and Sled Laps
Dumbbell Push Up and Rows

Ass kickin good times!
