初學者另一個練習腳感方法-踩點
在剛開始接觸到極限直排
在卡的方面,第一個大都練soul或H
其實主要皆是要讓初學者習慣腳上溜冰鞋的卡點.
示範人員:黃家貫
溜冰鞋在杆上或平台上滑行,不外乎用四個地方:鞋外側、內側、二.三輪之間的凹槽及鞋身. 而這個練習小訣竅主要是讓初學者,針對找二.三輪凹槽的腳感做練習.是個較安全又簡單的練習方法,只要小小的範圍有個凸起地形例:樓梯、欄杆即可練習.速度不需加太快喔.
練習方法在教學video裡頭都有提到,初學者可試著練習.
練習時請配戴護膝,程度未到請勿輕易嚐試

應用練習補充:
1.試著跳到更高的梯階去做踩點動作
2.試著踩到高處再踩下來
3.試著後溜直接做後踩點動作
4.試著後溜轉180做前踩點動作(360.540)
5.停在最高點,試著做轉體下
6.左右單腳試著分開練
