On October 7, 2001 the US and allies occupied Afghanistan. This a video message from Malalai Joya on the 10th anniversary of the occupation.

peace. one can gain education just by visiting a website, jee. over seas distant learning. online teachers, teaching, lesson plans, marking, open university, etc etc, that is simple! . and going online is easy also, using a portable device, with wifi, which is governed by the school, or college or university. the problem is commitment, honesty, determination and need and want to succeed. the brain and heart need to become stimulated of the young, but these days, there is a lot of drug abuse.

peace: i believe a country such as this is much like a stock market. I mean, during June the market is showing promise, then december, it shows disappointment, what happened to the market between these times. I think Afghanistan needs to understand where it went wrong if it did.
