The III's have a narrow stripe and no LED displays, the IV's have a broad stripe an do have LED displays on the outside and inside. Also the III's have brown seats on the interior (Same as Arrow III's after the overhaul in the early 90's), and the IV's have light blue sets. (The IIM's mimic that look).

Comet IIM's don't have the middle door, while the Comet III and Comet IV have the middle door. at the end of the video, car number 5552 is a comet IV. in terms of exterior appearence, comet III's and IV's are almost indistinguishable. go the the wikipedia page on NJT rail operations and scroll down to the rolling stock sections. it should help you out.
